The designers must create chic and cohesive mini-collections inspired by the '90s; designers take to the halls of a New York City high school to showcase their styles.

The designers are forced to share a single bolt of fabric to demonstrate how they can stand out from one another and prove why they're the top designer. The winner of this challenge receives $10,000.
